The objective is to ensure compliance with the approved Communication Plan,<br\/> monitoring the quality of the image and the precision of the contents. They will report to <br\/>the Coordination of Bloc4BCN.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bloc 4 Association is an organisation integrated by the Confederation of Cooperatives of Catalonia, the Federation of Worker Cooperatives of Catalonia and the Co\u00f2polis Association &#8211; Cooperative Athenaeum. Its main task is to manage and lead the Bloc4BCN &#8211; Cooperative Hub project, one of the largest in Europe. The purpose of the project is to contribute to the development and socio-economic transformation of the city of Barcelona and the entire Catalan territory through raising awareness and promotion of cooperative movement, incubation and acceleration of cooperatives, boosting intercooperation, local and international connections and alliances with other cultural, educational and business actors.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Duties<\/strong><br\/>\u27a4 Monitoring, implementation and improvement of the communication strategy of the project.<br\/>\u27a4 Coordination and copywriting of website content using SEO techniques.<br\/>\u27a4 Preparation of newsletters and specific electronic mailings.<br\/>\u27a4 Content creation, management and dynamisation of social media (LinkedIn, IG, X).<br\/>\u27a4 Design and copywriting of internal and external communication materials.<br\/>\u27a4 Creation of graphic materials and editing of audiovisual material.<br\/>\u27a4 Relations with the media and networking with other entities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements and necessary skills<\/strong><br\/>\u27a4 Higher education in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Corporate Communication or studies related to the field.<br\/>\u27a4 Minimum two years of experience in carrying out similar duties.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u27a4 Catalan level C or equivalent.<br\/>\u27a4 Ability to analyse, synthesise and manage information.<br\/>\u27a4 High level of content copywriting.<br\/>\u27a4 Knowledge of graphic design and audiovisual production tools.<br\/>\u27a4 Ability to organise autonomously.<br\/>\u27a4 Ability to work in a team and communication skills.<br\/>\u27a4 Ability to synthesise, analyse and interpret content.<br\/>\u27a4 Oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish.<br\/>\u27a4 Medium-level proficiency in the following tools: <br\/>Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, <br\/>CapCut, Analytics, Office package, WordPress (Elementor).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The following will be an advantage:<br\/><\/strong>\u27a4 Specific training in design and implementation of corporate communication plans and\/or marketing<br\/>\u27a4 Connections to cooperativism and SSE<br\/>\u27a4 Knowledge and experience in the field of communication on the Social and Solidarity Economy.<br\/>\u27a4 Knowledge of and connection to critical and transformative journalism.<br\/>\u27a4 Knowledge of open-source tools.<br\/>\u27a4 Having contacts from the mass media and the press, in the first instance, and from SSE, in the second.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We offer<\/strong>:<br\/>\u27a4 25 working hours a week (possibility of extension to 35 hours in the first months).<br\/>\u27a4 Working at Bloc4BCN (Barcelona), the new centre for cooperativism in Barcelona.<br\/>\u27a4 Flexible hours.<br\/>\u27a4 Annual gross salary of \u20ac17.600,00 (25h).<br\/>\u27a4 Office workers regulations<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u27a4 6-month trial period.<br\/>\u27a4 Expected incorporation: September 2024.<br\/>\u27a4 Indefinite contract.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application procedure<\/strong><br\/> If you think you fit the position offered, send an email to rrhh@bloc4.coop before 26 August 2024, with your CV, briefly explaining why you want to be part of Bloc4BCN (max. 900 characters).
