This space for local and territorial dynamisation seeks to jointly build an eco-social model that would generate transformation and sustainability in the territory by a cross-cutting approach through local economy and cooperativism.
Our innovative programme consists of the following phases:
Phase I. Analysis and mapping
Using the Cooperative Barometer tools and conducting seven territorial sessions, we will create a collaborative map to identify best cooperative practices and local social and solidarity economy networks. We will draw conclusions from this map and identify two key challenges to be addressed later.
Phase II. Activation and dynamisation of workplaces

Phase III. Documentary account and conclusions
We will conclude with an evaluation of the Challenges Service, and take the conclusions and reflect them in a comprehensible narrative in order to obtain knowledge to be integrated into future editions and continuously improve the project.
