Bloc4 Association is organised through a general assembly, which is the highest sovereign body of the entity and it is composed of the partner organisations. In turn, the assembly elects a board of directors, called the Governing Council, which leads, manages and represents the association.
The association hires a professional technical team in order to be able to develop the objectives, programs and work plans approved by the assembly.
